Refund policy

PurCoton LA wants you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories, can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

All sales items are Final Sale and non-returnable or exchangeable. All customized or pre-order items are also Final Sale and non-returnable unless defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service for assistance and further instructions.

To process a return, print the return label and packing slip. A flat restocking fee of $10 is charged on each return. Place the packing slip in your box, affix the return label securely to the return package, and drop it at any US Mailbox, Post Office, or FedEx store. You will receive Return Confirmation emails, which are helpful if you need to print your shipping label and/or packing slip at another location. Please keep proof of postage or tracking numbers for your records.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed from the time we receive your return.

Any product returned outside of the return policy cannot be processed. For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
