All orders ship from the PurCoton LA fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA. We ship to most locations within the United States. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after noon PST will begin processing the next business day. Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be edited.

Delivery Delays:

Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Certain delivery locations or situations may cause delays.

Delivery Issues:

If your order has shipped but you haven’t received your package within the expected delivery time, please allow the carrier the full delivery period to complete the delivery. Once your package is confirmed as delivered, we consider that order complete.

Please note that PurCoton LA is not responsible for missing items once they have been handed over to the carrier. For any missing items, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a refund or insurance claim. Double-check your address during checkout to ensure accuracy. For packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address but still missing, we suggest contacting your financial institution for assistance.

Returns:

A restocking fee of $10 will be charged for returns to PurCoton LA unless the item is defective. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
